Siyuan is aimed at preparing students for social and regional demand ( Shaanxi ) in economic development. The objective is to increase employment competence. It has an all-around services in career guide and complete organizations, perfect systems, strong measures and high effectiveness. In the past 17 years, the university has prepared over 60,000 graduates to the society. The employment rate keeps up to 91%.

　　There are 24 alumni associations with 1049 people. They have become administrators or started their enterprises with great achievements.
