¡¡¡¡The university aims at market demand and sets up a two-way selection mechanism for student employment concerning management,academics and services. Channels are explored wide for more chances to the best use of posts. So far, 66,300 graduates have been sent the community, among whom 36.1% are engineers, 19% are intermediate administrators of industries. Others are key workers at industries in China¡¯s west, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and the coastal cities.
¡¡¡¡The university has established partnerships with Shaanxi Provincial Personnel Exchange Center, Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Baqiao District, Daqin Talent Network, entrepreneurship bases for Xian graduates.
¡¡¡¡And the university has set up long-term cooperation with the following enterprises to their demand: China Telecom, China Mobile, China Minsheng Bank, Chinese Silver Base, China Construction Engineering Corporation£¬TBEA Co. Ltd. of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Chery Automobile Co., Asustek Computer Inc.£¬GF Securities, Midea Electric Appliances£¬Tripod Electronic, Radiant Opto-Electronics, Pingan Insurance. The average employment rate is over 95%.
