The library stands on the central axis of the campus, covering 3 hectares with a construction area of 20,740 square meters.

　　The library is functional in automation and network. It is a fundamental place where students develop their extra-curriculum activities. And the symbolic architecture shows connotation and aptitude. Starting 2004, 1.5 million RMB yuan is invested each year on the documentation, 3% higher than that in education cost. And 50,000 new books are added every year, which reinforces the scale and automation.

　　There are 11 large reading rooms with 2390 seats available. The Library is service-oriented and fully open. This creates harmonious environment for man and books.
