Siyuan Marked In The World Chinese Elites Assembly 　　The World Elites Assembly and Investment & Cooperation Forum of “ Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone ” was held in Xi’an Kempinski Hotel by Shaanxi People’s Government, Shaanxi Department of Commerce, the World Chinese Businessmen Union and Chinese Elites Council on Oct. 9. Over 400 Chinese business elites worldwide gathered in Chanba Development Zone and talked with well-known figures from Shaanxi Province for greater development while enjoying the charm of golden Tang Dynasty. Shaanxi Vice-Governor Jing Junhai and other top officials came to the assembly and delivered a welcome speech. Present at the assembly were Ji Chaozhu, the former UN Vice Secretary-in-General, Vice-Directors Zhangtai and Hou Yunchun from the State Council, Dr. Liang Haiyang, the executive Chairperson of World Chinese Business Union, and other honorary chairpersons from Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, USA. As a co-organizer, Siyuan attached great attention to meeting with the elites. President Zhai Hong, Party Chief Secretary Xiang Xinshi, Vice-President Li Rongke and other college Deans were present at the assembly. Li Jiacheng, famous enterpriser of Hong Kong Changjiang Industry, would be the honorary President of Siyuan University. Chairman Zhou Yanbo was honored with “ Award from World Chinese Elites ”. President Zhai Hong made a keynote speech and hosted a signing ceremony of agreement for strategic cooperation with World Chinese Businessmen Union.
