EU Officials’ Visit For Water Processing 　　On May 29, 2011, an EU delegation paid a visit to Siyuan for a sewage disposal and water reuse program. Vice-president Feng Lixing and Director for Logistics Yang Xiangdong accompanied the team. 　　The other members were the counsellor with rank of minister from the EU to China, program manager for technological assistance of Sino-Euro management, environment expert, Director Jinhai, Department of International Cooperation and Technology from the State Ministry of Water Resources, Dong Yanfei, Deputy Director from International Cooperation Center of the State Ministry of Water Resources and other officials from Provincial Department of Water Resources. 　　The Sino-Euro Valley program was confirmed for cooperation during the Eighth Sino-Euro leaders meeting and was aimed for assisting China in establishing a sustainable and comprehensive valley management mode. The program started in Jan. 2007 and will be completed in Jan. 2012. The visit by higher ranking officials is to explore successful model in valley management for future sustainable cooperation.
