First Exchange Students Approved to Taiwan Partner University 　　　　Wang Xin and Yang Lilin, as the first exchange students to Taiwan Chung Chou University of Science and Technology, successfully passed eligibility assessment by both Shaanxi Department of Education and its counterpart in Taiwan on Sep. 13. Formalities are being made through for entrance and they will arrive at the University at the end of this month as scheduled. Resources from the Department said that the 2 students are the first sent to Taiwan by Shaanxi private educational institutions. 　　　　Siyuan established partnership with Taiwan Chung Chou University of Science and Technology in May, 2008, followed by continuous academic exchanges. In Aug. 15, 2011, a special letter of congratulations and paintings were sent by President Zhai Hong for the ceremony. In this November, the University will send 2 professors to Siyuan for academic exchanges.
